Well folks, I know we’ve been quiet, but here’s what’s going on in a nutshell:
1) Will Cooper and I are actively trying to finish Into the Pale Tower by the end of next month (for a Jan 1st, 2014 release). Acts 1, 4, & 5 are all but finished. Act 3 is in very good shape. I plan to finish Act 2 by Halloween.
2) I’m currently discussing a second, 8th-level adventure set in Rhune with another writer. I expect to see a full outline by the end of the next month.
3) We have 3 Storm Bunny Presents articles in the works, one (maybe 2) which we hope to have out by the end of the year. One of these will be specific to Rhune: Dawn of Twilight. The others are horrific pieces intended to drive you slowly insane…
4) We’re still (….still….) plugging away at the next Rhune: Dawn of Twilight Stormpunk Character Primer. All of the recent updated and releases from Paizo has translated into days (yes, days) of research and reading, balancing what is and is not appropriate to the feel of the setting. While we’re aiming to be as inclusive as possible (we really, really are), this has directly translated into more writing. So, for us, more work. For you, more awesome.
Of course, this also means the book has grown … a lot. So, while the original primer was 53 pages long (full color, filled with awesome), this one is probably going to be closer to twice (maybe three times) that length. And, we want this to go to print. We’re discussing (and have been since before Gen Con) a Kickstarter to support this, which will mean more awesome art, cartography, and writing by some of the better names in the industry!
