The Carnival of the Strange Sisters is a traveling location—a place of wonders, opportunities, and treasures from the Invisible World and the Other Realms. It is a collection of oddities and those brave enough to gather them under a bunch of big tents. Characters who explore this encounter location will find pathways that take them to the Night Market, strange tattooists who collect magical blood, gardens filled with interdimensional portals, trickster merchants with problem parents, and all the lore a game master needs to turn the weird in their modern, supernatural games up to eleven.
